General Information:

We produce illustrations and rig designs for personal and streaming use. Designs used for commercial publication with the intent for merch, and/or streaming purposes are subject to discussion and will require additional fees based on the intended purpose.
The artist reserves the right to use commissions in their portfolio and for streaming purposes unless specifically requested by the client to keep their commissions private. The terms of the privatization of commissions will then be discussed between the artist and the client moving forward.
Things we draw:

1. Humans/humanoid characters with or without supernatural elements
2. Fanart for games, tv shows, anime, and etc.
3. Stylized portraits in the artist’s general style.


Things we DON’T draw:

1. NSFW illustrations and rigging of any kind;
2. Armor, mecha, or military clothing or weapons, etc.


We reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason during the initial discussion period.
All payments are made via PayPal unless arranged otherwise.

Commission Process:

1. Inquiries and bookings can be placed via our email. 

2. From there we will contact you regarding your commission and discuss the details.

3. Clients will be given a quote and breakdown for their commission via pdf.

4. Clients will then have to pay a 50% down payment once the price and details of the commission have been finalized, and the remaining 50% will be paid after the work is done.

4. The artist will send the finished commission once the remaining fee has been paid.

5. The final work is considered complete once the final commission has been sent and the client has given their approval, or if they have not responded within the next 48 hours.

Commission Timeline:

1. Booking is scheduled via google forms.

2. We’ll get in touch with you within 1 business day after submitting the form.

3. Price and project deadline are decided upon between the client and artist.

4. Client pays 50% down payment after terms have been agreed upon during consultation.

5. Artist begins working on the commission.

6. Based on the complexity of the commission the number of drafts submitted may vary.

7. After the drafts are approved, the project is finalized.

8. When final results are approved by the client, the remaining 50% of the commission price is paid.

9. All the files for the commission are sent over to the client.

10. Within three days after sending the commission the client can contact the artist to brush up the commission and do minor edits (for rigging).

11. After the set time period is over any brush ups and edits will have an additional fee.

Refunds:

Refunds are given under these circumstances:

1. A 100% refund of whatever fees have already been paid for sudden cancellations made by the artist after an order has been placed. If no fees have been paid, no refunds will be given.

2. The initial 50% fee shall be refunded if the client chooses to cancel and the artists has not started on the commission.

3. Only a 30% refund of the initial fee shall be given should the client cancel and the artist has already started working on the commission.



No refunds will be given under these circumstances:

1. If the client cancels after the final draft is sent.

2. If the client dislikes the finished output after it has been sent by the artist.

each special expression is $20- Character design choices are made fully by the client

Standard model:
$300

Includes:
Illustration of character with any clothing of choice and medium level of detail- Live2D rigging includes:
full face and body angles,
physics settings,
three special expressions
each additional special expression is $20- Character design choices are made fully by the client

Advanced model:
$700

Includes:
Illustration of character with any clothing of choice and advanced level of detail- Live2D rigging includes:
full face and body angles,
physics settings,
three special expressions
each additional special expression is $50- Character design choices are either made fully by the client or can be developed by the artist

Hand rigging:
$200

Includes:
Illustration of the hands- Live2D rigging includes:
Hands all angles rotation
Hands found, not found- Character design choices are either made fully by the client or can be developed by the artist
